Interview Process FAQ
How long does the entire process take?
Typically 3-4 weeks from application to offer. We move quickly while being thorough. If you need us to accelerate or slow down, just let us know.
Do I need all the certifications listed for a role?
For entry-level roles, we're flexible if you can earn certifications quickly. For senior roles, certifications demonstrate experience we need. Reach out if you're close but not exact.
Is the technical assessment timed or monitored?
No surveillance or strict time limits. We give you a window (usually 3-5 days) to complete it on your schedule. We care about quality, not speed.
What if I don't pass a stage?
We provide feedback and may suggest reapplying in 6 months after gaining specific experience. We've hired people on their second attempt.
Can I interview for multiple positions?
Yes! We'll help determine which role is the best fit during the phone screen. Your skills may align better with a different role than you initially applied for.
