We don't bench juniors on client engagements.
For dedicated and staff augmentation engagements, the first week is risk-free. If the developer isn't the right fit by end of week one, for any reason, you owe nothing and we replace them at no cost. The trial covers actual project work, not just interviews.
Yes. If at any point you want to swap a developer (skill mismatch, communication style, scope change), we'll provide replacement candidates within 3-5 business days and a paid handover. There's no penalty fee.
An NDA is signed on Day 1 before any access is granted. All work product and IP belongs to you. Developers work in your sandbox/production org with role-based permissions, MFA, encrypted laptops, and VPN access. We follow SOC 2-aligned practices and can sign DPAs for EU/UK clients.
We provide a minimum 4-hour overlap with your working hours. We have developers covering US (PST, EST), UK/EU, Australia, and APAC. For US clients, our standard overlap is 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM PST / 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM EST.
Dedicated developers: 1 month minimum (160 hours/month). Staff augmentation: as low as 40 hours with no monthly minimum after that, so you pay only for hours used. Fixed-bid projects: per the SOW. No multi-year lock-ins on any model.
