Senior Salesforce Developers
5+ years of Salesforce experience. Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, integrations, custom objects, deployment via CI/CD. All have shipped to production on 5+ enterprise Salesforce orgs. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer at minimum; most are Platform Developer II + System Architect track.
Senior AI Engineers
4+ years building production AI systems. Strong Python + TypeScript. Hands-on with LangGraph, LangChain, MCP, RAG architectures, multi-LLM orchestration, Claude / Gemini / OpenAI APIs. All have shipped production AI agents, not just notebooks.
Senior Full-Stack Engineers
5+ years across modern web stacks. Strong in either Vue or React (most are dual), Python or Node, Postgres. Familiar with the AI tooling layer (LangChain, vector DBs, embeddings) so they can collaborate with AI engineers without translation overhead.

Trial
2 weeks · PaidThe engineer joins your team for a paid 2-week trial. Real work, real codebase. If it doesn't click on either side, we end at the 2-week mark with no penalty.
Engagement
3–12 months · Your choiceIf the trial works, we move to a monthly engagement. Most start at 3 months and renew month-to-month after. 30-day notice either way.
