Three roles we staff regularly.

Senior Salesforce Developers

5+ years of Salesforce experience. Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, integrations, custom objects, deployment via CI/CD. All have shipped to production on 5+ enterprise Salesforce orgs. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer at minimum; most are Platform Developer II + System Architect track.

Typical engagement:Customer needs to ship Salesforce work but their in-house team is at capacity, or they're scaling up a custom object model and need senior depth.

Senior AI Engineers

4+ years building production AI systems. Strong Python + TypeScript. Hands-on with LangGraph, LangChain, MCP, RAG architectures, multi-LLM orchestration, Claude / Gemini / OpenAI APIs. All have shipped production AI agents, not just notebooks.

Typical engagement:Customer wants to build AI features inside their existing app, doesn't want to learn from scratch, needs someone who's been through the production gotchas (rate limits, hallucination handling, audit logs, eval harnesses).

Senior Full-Stack Engineers

5+ years across modern web stacks. Strong in either Vue or React (most are dual), Python or Node, Postgres. Familiar with the AI tooling layer (LangChain, vector DBs, embeddings) so they can collaborate with AI engineers without translation overhead.

Typical engagement:Customer is building a product, in-house team is small, needs to add 1–3 senior engineers fast to ship a quarter's roadmap.

Engineer matching

1–2 weeks

We propose 1–3 candidates from our team. You see resumes + GitHub + (where shared) work samples. You interview them like you would any candidate: your screening, your bar.

Trial

2 weeks · Paid

The engineer joins your team for a paid 2-week trial. Real work, real codebase. If it doesn't click on either side, we end at the 2-week mark with no penalty.

Engagement

3–12 months · Your choice

If the trial works, we move to a monthly engagement. Most start at 3 months and renew month-to-month after. 30-day notice either way.

Common questions.

Yes, with a standard buyout clause (typically 25–35% of annual comp, prorated by engagement length). We don't block transitions. We'd rather you hire long-term than churn through us.
Two-week paid trial: end with no penalty if it's not a fit. Post-trial, we'll replace the engineer within 2 weeks at no additional onboarding cost. We've had to do this <5% of the time historically.
You do, day-to-day. We provide HR + payroll + admin support. Your tech lead gives them work, reviews their code, sets the priorities. It's staff aug. They're part of your team.
All staff-aug engineers work US or EU hours (your choice). 8 hours of overlap with your team is the default. India-based but on your clock.
Screening call → engineer proposed within 1 week. Trial start: within 2 weeks of screening for most roles. Full ramp into your codebase: ~2 weeks of trial.
Yes. Team engagements work differently. We typically run a 1-week scoping sprint with your tech lead to architect the engagement, then ramp engineers over 3-4 weeks. Different commercial terms apply for team engagements.
Yes. The differentiator: every AI engineer we staff has shipped production AI to a real customer (not just notebooks or demos). The interview process specifically tests for production gotchas: rate limit handling, hallucination management, audit log design, eval harness construction. We screen for ships-AI-in-prod, not just used-the-API.
3 months. Shorter than that doesn't justify the onboarding overhead.
